Ingredients: oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, seeded mustard, dark maple syrup, garlic, salt
If you only have one dressing in our fridge then this is it…it’s ideal for any salad, and also makes a great coleslaw or vegan potato salad!
Our Maple Vinaigrette recipe has quite a history at Koko & Roy! It started as the house dressing at our restaurant Koko & Roy Warsaw where it was one of the stars of our brunch dishes and lunch salads, and became a best seller on the Koko & Roy Deli website as well as on Frisco.pl.
Salad dressings are such a great addition to any convenience-packed fridge. They have not really made a splash in Poland like they have elsewhere in the world, but we plan on changing that! Up until now, we’ve produced and sold 7 dressing recipes, but plan to expand this collection with additions such as Japanese Sesame Dressing, Ranch Dressing and French Dijon Vinaigrette.
